Franchesca Cruz

I'm Franchesca and my Honours project revolves around the literary phenomenon Dungeons and Dragons, as I work to methodically break down its literary facets as a collaborative and interactive storytelling system. While analytical, it basically allows me to rave about D&D and the popular D&D show Critical Role to a wide audience for actual grades.

If my project wasn't indicative enough of my passions, I am deeply invested in cultural studies, modern fiction, and all-things-nerdy. Analyzing and overthinking every moment of every story is one of my favourite pastimes, so you have the general idea of what watching a movie with me is like.

That being said, I will be respectful during the movie, but be prepared to hear me talk about it for five hours after it's done!
